What Documents Do You Need to Apply to WooriCares?
If you're a cleaner, laundry provider, or aircon technician in Metro Manila thinking about applying to WooriCares, here's exactly what the application form asks for -- no guessing required.
Applying is currently free. It takes about 5-10 minutes, and you don't need every document ready on day one.
What's required to submit
- Business or your name -- your business name, or your own name if you're a freelancer.
- You are a... -- individual/freelancer, or company.
- Category -- cleaning, laundry, aircon, or massage (pick one primary category).
- Areas you serve -- select from WooriCares' current coverage: Manila, Pasay, Parañaque, Mandaluyong, Taguig/BGC, Makati.
- Languages you speak.
- Contact person, phone/WhatsApp number, and email.
- A description of your services -- a short paragraph telling customers what you do.
- Business hours.
- Agreement to the Partner Service Agreement -- you'll need to read and check a box confirming this.
What's optional at this stage
- Messenger link -- helpful if that's how customers usually reach you, but not required.
- Services & pricing list -- you can add specific services with prices, or leave pricing blank and it shows as "Contact for quote." Adding more services generally improves your chances of matching with a customer.
- Business photo -- a storefront, team, or work-sample photo.
- License/certificate photo -- for example a business permit or relevant certification. This one matters for later: it's what gets reviewed if you want a Verified badge, but it's not required just to submit your application.
What happens after you submit
Submitting the form does not mean you're published yet. WooriCares reviews applications before any profile goes live, and a Verified badge is a separate review step on top of that -- it's not automatic just because you applied.
Before you start, it helps to have ready
- Your service list and (if you have one) a price list -- even a rough one. See the cleaning, laundry, or aircon price-list templates if you don't have one yet.
- A few real photos of your own work.
- Your business permit or certificate, if you plan to apply for Verified status.
