wooricares (the "Platform") collects only the minimum information needed to provide its booking-matching service, and handles it with care.
Information We Collect
Consumers (inquirers)
- Name
- Contact info (phone, WhatsApp, or email)
- Inquiry message (optional)
Providers (service businesses)
- Business or contact name
- Phone number
- Messenger link (optional)
- Service areas and category
- Services and pricing (optional)
Purpose of Use
Collected information is used only to match consumers with verified providers, and for no other purpose.
Sharing and Disclosure
wooricares does not sell or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or similar purposes. As part of the booking-matching flow, when a consumer taps a "contact" button, the provider's phone number or messenger link is shown to that consumer. Likewise, an inquiry a consumer submits is shared with the matched provider (or with wooricares directly).
Where Data Is Stored
All information is stored in a Supabase database (Singapore region), with encryption in transit.
Retention
Information is kept until you request deletion, at which point we delete it promptly.

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us at the email below.
