Partner Service Agreement — Summary
1. Purpose. wooricares operates an online platform matching consumers with verified local service providers — Cleaning, Aircon, Laundry, and Massage — in Manila, Pasay, Parañaque, Mandaluyong, Taguig (BGC), and Makati.
2. Free Trial. New partners get a free 30-day listing period with no listing or commission fees.
3. Verification.You agree to submit accurate business information and any permits required for your category. Verified partners receive a “Verified” badge. wooricares may suspend a listing found to contain false or misleading information.
4. Service Standards.You agree to follow wooricares' Service Guidelines covering punctuality, transparent pricing, communication, and complaint handling for your category.
5. Commission. Commission policy will be announced separately before it takes effect. Consumers are never charged a platform fee.
6. Payment. Until in-platform payment launches, consumers pay you directly. wooricares will send the consumer a completion-confirmation message after each booking to verify the amount paid.
7. Non-Exclusivity.You're free to operate independently or on other platforms — this Agreement does not restrict that.
8. Your Obligations. Keep your listing accurate, hold any permits or licenses required for your category, respond to bookings promptly, and follow the Service Guidelines.
9. Liability. wooricares is a matching intermediary only. You remain solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the services you provide.
10. Termination.Either party may end this Agreement with 7 days' written notice. wooricares may terminate immediately for fraud, repeated complaints, or violation of Section 8.
11. How you agree. Submitting the registration form below with the checkbox checked constitutes acceptance of this Agreement — no signature is needed yet. A formal signature will be requested once in-platform payment becomes active for your account.
